iOS Troubleshooting- LOGIN ISSUES/ERRORS

There are several factors that can be attributed to login issues. Below you will find the most common issues and resolutions. 

Logging in with an invalid Username or Password or Unregistered Email address

The error below is a result of entering an incorrect password and/or username. This may also happen when attempting to use an unregistered Username. 

This may be resolved in one of two ways: 

Reset Password

Simply enter the email address previously set up with Bible.is and select FORGOT PASSWORD

An email will be sent to the registered email address provided. Simply tap on RESET PASSWORD highlighted in Black. Simply enter the New password twice and tap on Reset Password directly below "Confirm Password"

Unregistered Email/Username

To register an email simply select 'Sign Up'. You may opt to use a Social Login (Apple, Google, Facebook). Or manually sign up by entering your information in the required fields and tap on the Sign Up button at the bottom.
