Reset Cache from inside the Bible.is app is a troubleshooting step that may help resolve certain loading issues within the app. This can be done for both iPhone and Android devices.
Please follow the steps below to do this:
From Discover (main page) go to My Account (person icon)
From My Account, scroll down to Reset Cache
Select Reset Cache and select Clear
PLEASE TAKE NOTE IF THIS DOES NOT HELP, PLEASE LOG COMPLETELY OUT OF THE APP AND LOG BACK IN (DO NOT DELETE THE APP AS THIS WILL DELETE DOWNLOADED CONTENT)
